INSTRUCTIONS FOR LISTENING:
• mute listening device and write down what you imagine the music sounds like
• unmute device on second listen and compare imagined reality with the true reality
• vocally imitate the music to the best of your ability and record it
• destroy or delete original copy of this album so that only your imitation remains
• plant several flowers of your choice and play them your imitation mouth music daily
• tell the flowers all of your deepest secrets. bleed onto flowers daily.
• when flowers are fully grown, remove them and place them in a vase to die
• hand dig a large hole where your flowers once were, then strip nude and lay in it
• contemplate how everything you told the flowers will cease to exist as they do
• contemplate how all things physical and mental are ultimately impermanent
• arise from hole the next day with a new appreciation for the now
• repeat process until death in hole
